I am a college graduate with a master’s degree in Logistics. I have more than 10 years of experience in fields such as customer service, order fulfillment, supply chain and recoveries management. I currently live in Brazil, but I've lived (and worked) in different countries, such as Canada and Spain, so I can communicate in three different languages (English, Spanish and Portuguese).
