Offer Signed
Once your new team member signs their offer, we charge a one-time fee (percentage of their first-year salary). The more you hire through us, the lower that percentage gets.
6 Month Guarantee
Each hire comes with a 6 month perfect-hire guarantee which includes a replacement hire if you are unhappy with the performance of your new team member.
