Schedule a call with us to discuss the roles you are looking to hire for. We go over ideal countries to target, salary expectations, required experience, skills, who we can find and more. 2. Meet Our Team & Review Profiles

Your dedicated recruiting team will begin sourcing candidates and sharing vetted profiles with you. With your feedback and input we find the perfect individuals to add value to your company. From sales or finance professionals in South Africa to operations or marketing talent in Latin America to executive assistants in Sri Lanka to developers in Eastern Europe. Egypt, Pakistan, India and more. Over 50,000 candidates enter our screening process per month and only about 1,000 are presented to our clients. 220 individuals were placed with our clients last month - the top 0.5%.

3. Interview Candidates & Make an Offer

Interview candidates. Give us feedback. We send more candidates. We can do this as many times as you’d like to get you the perfect fit. We help you negotiate the salary and find somebody excited to work your local hours. Our team gets candidates excited about your company and targets folks with an eager attitude. We are here to help through onboarding and integration to your team.

4. Payment and Pricing

Once the candidate signs the offer letter, we send you an invoice for our recruiting fee. We charge 25-35% of the first year salary as a one-time fee depending on how many roles you fill with us. Many companies build large teams with us, hiring 20+ team members. We also handle compliance, equipment and training as a separate pricing option with no up-front fee. Each hire is backed by our 6 month guarantee so simply reach out to us anytime if your new hire isn’t working out.

5. Ongoing Support

We partner with you to grow and scale your business while you save 70-80% on payroll over U.S. based hires. If you have questions about talent in a certain region of the world or want to see a unique profile anytime, simply let us know. It is amazing how fast you can scale your company with low-cost, talented hires from all over the world!

Our Pricing

We take a $500 deposit to begin a search and start meeting candidates. This deposit is applied to your final recruiting fee.
When an offer is signed by your future team member, we charge a one time fee equal to 25-35% of the year 1 salary, depending on how many hires you make.
Each hire comes with a 6 month perfect-hire guarantee which includes a replacement hire if you are unhappy with the performance of your new team member.
We also offer custom plans where we handle compliance, equipment, training and more to help your team scale quickly without the up-front fees.
