We have a stringent selection process that involves multiple interviews, skill assessments, English proficiency exams, and background checks. We also consider your specific requests and hiring needs when vetting candidates.

Around 2-4 weeks on average, depending on the complexity of the role, the nature of your business, and your specific hiring requests. A highly technical leadership role, for example, can take longer to fill versus a general virtual assistant position.

The client’s availability for interviews, as well as additional assessments, may also affect the search duration.

We stand by our 6-month Perfect Hire Guarantee. Our clients have six months to confidently evaluate new hires and ensure they match their company's culture and needs perfectly. If the initial hire doesn’t work out within that period, we’ll replace them with a new candidate, free of charge.
