What does the Talent on Demand service price include?

The price includes:

  • The contractor’s salary
  • Payroll costs
  • Admin and operational costs
  • Technology and tooling (Where applicable)
  • Somewhere service margin

Clients are quoted one all-inclusive monthly fee. Each quote is custom based on the role and requirements you need.

What are the contract terms?

  • Minimum engagement = 6 months
  • Renewals: Any number of months thereafter
  • Buy-out fee: 30% of the contractor’s annual salary
  • Unlimited replacements during the engagement period

What is The Talent on Demand Hiring Process?

The Talent on Demand hiring process is built for speed.

  1. You provide role requirements and ideal prerequisites
  2. Somewhere sources 5 candidates that match the criteria exactly
  3. Client interviews up to 3 candidates
  4. Maximum of 2 interviews per candidate
  5. If no match is made, an additional 5 candidates are presented

What if I’m not happy with my contractor?

No problem. Every hire comes with our perfect-hire guarantee. We’ll provide unlimited replacements within the contract period if a contractor doesn’t meet your expectations.

Do I need to handle compliance or local employment rules?

Not at all. We manage all compliance, payroll, and HR logistics across countries. You just manage performance, we handle everything else.
