Managed Services

Managed services is an exciting new offering that Somewhere is launching in the market. Unlike our existing contingency service, managed services involves us directly hiring and overseeing resources on a daily basis. This approach means that all administrative tasks related to salaries, benefits, and equipment provision will be handled internally by our team. Customers will pay a fixed monthly fee for these services over a specified duration. As our pilot, we are looking to onboard 30 EAs by the end of January.

Service Packages and Pricing

This service offering ranges between $2,500 - $3,500 depending on the experience of the individual. This pricing includes:

  • A dedicated individual working a minimum of 40 hours per week (hours exceeding 55 require pre-approval from the Head of Managed Services), aligned with PST or EST time zones.
  • Comprehensive equipment setup and IT management (computer, 2nd monitor, headset, mouse)
  • Full compensation coverage.
  • Training through our in-house EA Academy, with ongoing upskilling and support from our dedicated training manager.
  • End-to-end performance management to ensure consistent quality and productivity.

Sales process

Once a customer expresses interest, inform our team with the specifics, quantity timing etc. Our dedicated Recruitment Managers will work on filling the role and getting the individual starting within two weeks. Once qualified individuals have been identified, before any interview are conducted, we will send over the PSA to the client.

Minimum engagement period: 2 months [option to take on the candidate full time for a fee after a full 6-month period]
