Frequently Asked Questions
What’s included in onboarding?
Onboarding is included for all packages. During this process, we align on your goals, define your Ideal Customer Profile (ICP), finalize qualification criteria, and agree on your tech stack. Onboarding typically takes 7 days.
How does invoicing work?
We invoice on a monthly basis:
- Pod fees are billed in advance at the start of each month.
- Per-meeting fees are billed in arrears at the end of each month based on actual Held Meetings.

How do you define a “Held Meeting”?
A meeting is considered Held when:
- The prospect accepts the scheduled meeting, and
- The prospect meets the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) and qualification criteria established during onboarding.

What happens if a prospect no-shows or cancels?
If a prospect:
- Does not show up for a confirmed meeting, or
- Reschedules last-minute
It does not count as a Held Meeting.

Do you rebook no-shows?
Yes. Our team will actively work to rebook all no-shows and rescheduled meetings at no additional cost to help you hit your meeting targets.If we’re unable to rebook a prospect, we’ll notify your team and pass the contact details to you so your internal team can follow up.
Do you integrate with my sales tools and CRM?
Yes, during onboarding, we’ll confirm and align with your tech stack so our systems and reporting fit seamlessly into your workflow.
