Quote Coordinator Job Description

Tasks:

Review client requests for quotes and ensure that all necessary information is available
Collaborate with sales and production teams to determine the most accurate pricing for products and services
Prepare and deliver quotes to clients in a timely and accurate manner
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of quotes and follow-up activities
Monitor quote acceptance rates and identify opportunities for process improvement
Provide exceptional customer service to clients throughout the quote process

Qualifications:

Associate's or bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred
Proven experience as a Quote Coordinator or similar role
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
