Hi, my name is Barrett. I'm 40 years old and live in the Western Cape in South Africa. I have a varied work history, much of it involving relationship management and technical skills. I gained a lot of Customer Support experience in my most recent role at Sun Exchange where I progressed through the company from a Community Manager to Head of Customer Support.
