About me: I am a passionate IT professional who has spent more than 20 years in the field of Computer Science. Curious by nature, I have always felt the urge to understand for as in depth as possible all corners of the IT industry, from hardware to software and from programming to sys-ops – which has allowed me to appproach projects and challenges of un-even complexity and a wide range of technologies. As of 2008 I have started an academic research into how metrics can improve managerial decisions and came out with the notion of Adaptive Reference Systems which is my phd innovation and framework I use to score various KPIs effect in an IT business. My efforts in having this holistic and data-driven approach over the IT industry has payed-off trumendously for the past 6-10 years and it has brought me recognition from very important Stakeholders and Business Owners who have eventually decided to offer me public recommendations on my Linkedin profile. It made me feel honoured and has fueled my motivation to continue on the same path. Hopefully, these thoughts will find an echo in your needs and will help you decide to chose over a future collaboration of mutual benefit.
