I'm Joseph, I'm an architect and a project manager with more than 4 years of experience working remotely with US companies. In my previous roles I got the chance to assist, organize and prioritize every step of a process or project to its success, using my skills as a trained project manager to develop formats to increase the success rate of every project I worked on. Communication is key for the process of ongoing improvement, I fluently speak in Spanish and English which has been my biggest weapon against miscommunication. I had the chance to be the bridge between the executives, clients, vendors and other workers, being able to translate the information to all the parties. My knowledge in CRM softwares and management tools such as asana, slack, google suite, hubstaff, clickup and more, helped me with achieving the goals as a project manager and executive assistant.
