Maricar is an accomplished Sales and Development Manager with a proven track record of driving business growth, increasing revenue, and enhancing operational efficiency. Her most recent role was as an Area Sales and Operations Manager at Personal Collection Direct Selling Inc. from November 2021 to March 2024. In this position, she developed sales strategies, coordinated business activities, and managed the performance of sales teams to achieve revenue goals. She also acted as the regional point of coordination with the head office and various support groups. Notably, she was ranked as the Top 2 Cluster Head/Area Manager nationally for recruiting new clients and achieved 125% of the new client target in 2022, along with 100% of the sales target in 2023.
Prior to this, Maricar worked as a Branch/Store Manager at Tupperware Brands Philippines Inc. from August 2009 to September 2021.
