I have a passion for people just as much as I do for buildings. As an Autocad Designer for 7 years, understanding my client’s needs and desires is my passion. My specialty is creating 2D drawings using Autocad. I believe that Architecture is not only about creating beautiful and aesthetic 3D renders. It also requires great space planning and most importantly, the use of Anthropometrics is a must.

Part of being an Architectural Designer is working at Gary Wang and Associates, an Architecture firm based in California USA in which I prepare a full set of Construction Drawings to be submitted as a building permit for both Ground-up and Tenant Improvement projects. I cater to Commercial Restaurants such as Panda Express, Domino’s Pizza, and Jersey Mike's Subs. I am also responsible for creating detailed Interior Elevations and Equipment Plans.

Another work experience as an Architectural Designer is working at Marsh and Clark Design, an Interior Design Firm also based in California USA. I follow sketches, drawings, and specifications from the Architect and from that, I create a full set of Construction Drawings. I also create schedules such as Finishes Schedule, Plumbing Schedule, Appliance Schedule, and FF&E Schedule. I am also responsible for creating Interior Elevations and Architectural Plans. I also constantly update their Instagram account and website using Squarespace.

I also have work experience working as an Autocad Designer on an Elevator and Escalator Company based in Japan but have a physical office here in the Philippines. I create mechanical drawings for submission to the Japan Team using their hand-drawn as-built drawings. I also create rendered 3D Models of Elevators to be presented to the client. I am also responsible for creating the Sales Brochure as well as updating their Social Media Accounts.

Pretty well I have been a Jack of All trades because I do not confine myself to only one field and specialized skills. I always look for the golden opportunity to do something out of the box because my mission is to always provide you with a solution.
