2. They Hire Through Somewhere: Somewhere takes it from there; sourcing, vetting, and placing top remote talent on behalf of your referral. You don't need to stay involved in the process at all.
3. You Get Paid: Once your referral's first hire is completed and the invoices are settled, you receive your reward: $1,000 for referrals made in November.

- Deal Status: Sales, Recruitment, Completed, Cancelled, Lost, or On Hold.
- Created Date: Filter by any custom date range.
- Referral Paid: Yes, No, or Not Applicable.
What Counts as a Qualified Referral?
To be eligible for the $1,000 reward, whether you shared your link or made a direct introduction to anyone on our team by email, a few conditions need to be met:
- You referred them between 1 and 30 November 2026, and the candidate accepts an offer by 31 March 2027.
- They came through your personal referral link or your direct introduction.
- The reward applies to their first hire only. Direct Hire and Talent on Demand both count.
- They are not already in Somewhere's system or credited to another referral source. One reward per business.
What Does NOT Count as a Referral?
To avoid any confusion, here's what falls outside the program:
- Job seekers or candidates applying for roles (the program is for companies hiring, not individuals job hunting).
- Companies who are already in conversation with Somewhere before your referral.
- Referrals who didn't come through your link or weren't introduced by you.
- Future hires by the same company after their first placement.
