Upon assessment, Somewhere saw Eli was fit for the role of Operations Analyst. The Operations Analyst works closely with the Portfolio Manager and Director of Operations, to oversee cash management, cash flow reconciliation, reports, reviews, and the like. Given the major task at hand, Somewhere deemed it relevant for the candidate to be very detailed, focused, and proactive. Eli checked all the boxes.
Eli is now their Operations Analyst for $1,350 per month.
Before his hiring, Eli had one year of experience as an Operations Analyst. His tasks included creating profit and loss statements for investments, and extracting broker statements. He is highly proficient in Microsoft Excel and has a proven background in creating quicker process flows to increase productivity (Note: from 2-3 hours of manual scraping to 10-15 minutes!). Eli works independently and proactively to reach his goals and beat his deadlines.
