Client Success Stories: Real Results From Offshore Hiring

A growing legal services firm needed to expand its team across client intake, marketing, accounting, recruiting, HR, SEO/PPC, and billing without allowing payroll costs to grow at the same pace. Through Somewhere, the firm hired 10 offshore professionals across seven distinct functions and achieved more than $220,000 in first-year payroll savings compared with its domestic hiring costs. The result shows how law firms can use global staffing to build dedicated operational capacity across multiple departments, not simply fill individual vacancies at a lower cost.
