The client is a senior care network and technology platform helping families find reliable caregivers, at the same time providing stable careers to quality care professionals. With the support of advanced technology, their company gives a better quality of life to seniors and their families in the comforts of their own homes. Their services include a 24/7 care team, assistance with daily tasks, and personalized care plans. 

Who was hired and what was their role?

At Somewhere, we helped them hire Tine. 

The company’s Managing Director needed an Executive Assistant to help with the overall coordination of tasks, workflow, and schedules. The position required someone with keen attention to detail and who can work in a fast-paced environment. 

The new Executive Assistant, Tine’s daily work include:

  • Planning and coordinating workflow that supports the Managing Director
  • Managing the Managing Director’s schedules, emails, calls, travel arrangements, client management, and other company logistics
  • Handling basic bookkeeping tasks
  • Preparing documents for presentation to the Board of Directors and other executives

Tine now works full-time in the client time zone for $950 per month. 

What was the candidate’s background before being hired?

Tine was a virtual assistant for four years and an executive assistant for two. During that time, she had rich experience in managing a CEO’s schedules, travel itineraries, conferences, and taking minutes of meetings. Tine is also skilled in productivity apps like Google Suite and Airtable. A previous client described her as goal-oriented and reliable.
